“Just had my case heard yesterday that I felt was a strong injustice and should not have been a charge. Marc handled it very well – Not Guilty! He kicked off with very concise but critical input to the Judge, only added the most relevant items and body cam footage to help lead the judge to a strong and clear not guilty verdict. Marc and I had some differences of opinion in how to handle during prep but Marc heard me out and tolerated my anxieties along the way. In the trial, Marc took my desired approach, which could have been risky, was aggressive and got the best possible outcome.
